Returns for the products can be made only with a presentation of proof of purchase, provided that the products have not been used and the product condition is at exactly the state when originally purchased from the invoice date. For in-store purchases, you have a 7-days from delivery, online purchases allow a 14-day return period from the invoice date.

The buyer is obliged upon receipt within the allotted time of 14 days to unpack and check the goods for external defects carefully without damaging the packaging as he would do in a store. In case of expiration of this period, he loses all rights and it is considered that the defect arose after delivery.

Does not apply to sales of items from physical stores in which case the item is opened and checked.

In case of returning a product must be in their original packaging perfect condition.

The condition of the returned product and quality will be checked by our company.

If the returned product meets the following requirements, you may be able for refund

  1. The product must be returned in original packaging and excellent condition
  2. The original packaging includes product all accessories must be undamaged and not deformed and providing your purchase receipt

We reserve the right to refuse to return the goods you purchased due to the absence of a receipt, as well as damage to the packaging. Any costs associated with transporting the goods back to the store are borne by the buyer

No returns will be accepted to products used as:

  • Personal care products (clippers, razors, electric toothbrushes, hair removal machines)
  • Installation cost, additional service, delivery, product maintenance (such installation, connection, tuning etc.)
  • Consumables for used appliances (washers, dryers, stoves, refrigerators, ovens, hobs, microwaves, food preparation appliances)
  • Products are intended for professional activities.
  • Products are returned without packaging or damaged packaging.
  • Special order cannot be returned or cancelled.

Returns of products considered defective (DOA)upon delivery at the company expense

  • In the event that any product is are found to be defective upon delivery to the customer, the return of such product will also be at the company expense.
  • In case of a product defect, the return can be made by the customer to the store or by sending it, in which case the company is responsible for the costs of receiving it.
  • Returns of products deemed defective upon delivery (DOA) will be accepted within (14) calendar days of delivery to the customer.The product must be undamaged and have all original documents that accompanied the product, as well as complete packaging.
  • In the case of home appliances (refrigerators, electric stoves, washing machines, etc.) and air conditioners, a preliminary visit by a specialist for diagnostics of the product is required before the product can be considered defective on the delivery (DOA).
  • In case of return of goods (DOA), provided that it was previously received and verified by the company, the product will be replaced with a similar one (in condition and characteristics, etc.), otherwise, if the client does not wish to replace the product, the money will be returned to the customer in the same way as the payment was made. Any delay on the part of the customer is justified only by force majeure, otherwise the right to replacement on the basis of this condition is lost.
  • If a customer has purchased a product that was found to be defective upon delivery, he has the right to return it at the company’s expense.Return of goods must be made no later than 14 working days.

Product returns at the company’s expense

  • If it is established that the goods have a manufacturing defect (provided that this is confirmed by an authorized specialist who provides a guarantee for the products) or are of inadequate quality, which was previously agreed in writing with the company
  • If the packaging was damaged completely or in most of its parts upon delivery of the goods.
  • If the packaging is damaged, the customer has the right not to accept the goods from the very beginning and to demand their replacement after consultations with the company
  • In case of a return at the company’s expense, the goods must be returned in the condition in which they were received by the customer with in the agreed time frame. Any delay on the part of the customer is justified only by force majeure, otherwise the right to replacement on the basis of this condition is lost.
  • If the packaging is damaged, the customer must not accept the goods from the very beginning and to demand their replacement after consultation with the company.
  • In all cases, the return of the goods must be carried out together with all the documents and in their full packaging, except for cases where the defect was discovered immediately after delivery and the packaging is missing.
  • In case of return of goods provided that it was previously received and verified by the company, the product will be replaced with a similar one (in condition and characteristics, etc.), otherwise, if the client does not wish to replace the product, the money will be returned to the customer in the same way as the payment was made.

Goods received without objection are considered delivered, in contrast to the condition we do not accept damaged or used items.

ORDER CANCELATION POLICIES DEPENDING ON THE TYPE AND METOD DELIVERY

  • For Online Orders with Store Pick-up, cancellations are accepted within 1 working day after confirmation.
  • For Home Delivery or Courier Pick-up Point orders, cancellation is permitted until the product is handed to the delivery service.
  • Once the item has been shipped, it is not possible to cancel, however, you can read our return policy
  • In the event of order cancellation by the customer, the company reserves the right to retain the deposit.
