Order cancellation policies depend on the type and method of delivery

We provide you with the ability to cancel your order in the following ways:

1. For Online Orders with Store Pick-up, cancellations are accepted within one working day after confirmation order.

2. For orders delivered to your home or courier collection point, cancellation is permitted until the item has been handed over to the delivery service.
