You can collect your order for free from our store.

Orders are usually prepared within a few working hours. We will call or send you a message as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Akis Express Delivery (Across Cyprus)

We deliver to all cities in Cyprus via Akis Express.

1. The above rates apply to products up to 10 kg

• Delivery to Akis Express store: €3 + VAT

2. The above rates apply to products weighing 10- 20 kg

• Delivery to Akis Express store (10- 20 kg): 7 + VAT

Note: Orders by Akis Express will be delivered within 1–3 working days

We deliver your order within 1-3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location.

⚠️Air Conditioner Delivery & Installation Notice

Air conditioners are handled separately from standard large appliance delivery.
For air conditioners purchased with our professional installation service, delivery is included free of charge across Cyprus, except for the Paphos area, where an additional €25 delivery surcharge applies.

After you add a product to your cart and enter your postal code, the system will automatically calculate the delivery cost

⚠️Large Appliance Home Delivery

Large appliances, such as washing machines, dryers, refrigerators and dishwashers, are delivered to the ground floor entrance as part of our standard delivery service.

Delivery to upper floors or apartments may be possible only when there is a working lift and easy access. This must be confirmed before delivery.

Installation, connection, upstairs delivery, difficult access, stairs without lift, old appliance removal and special handling are not included unless selected separately or agreed with our shop before delivery. Extra charges may apply.

If there is no suitable lift, or if you would like the appliance to be carried upstairs, manual carrying is not included in the standard delivery or installation fee. An additional carrying charge may apply from €2 per step. Please inform us before delivery. The final charge will be calculated and paid on site to the delivery team.

Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm access conditions and arrange any additional carrying charges.

If upstairs delivery has not been agreed and paid in advance, our delivery team may leave the appliance at the ground floor entrance.

Order Tracking

Once we dispatch your order, we will send you an email with the tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order gets lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 2 days of delivery.

Delays & Force Majeure

We aren’t responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, or government actions. We reserve the right to extend the delivery period when necessary.

Delivery Cost Calculation

To check the delivery cost, add a product to your cart and enter the postal code. The system will automatically calculate the cost.

Why Delivery Is Charged Separately

At Kyriakos Electric, we keep our product prices as low and competitive as possible. Delivery is charged separately because the cost depends on the product size, delivery area and service needed.
This means you do not pay hidden delivery costs inside the product price. Customers who prefer to collect their order from our store can do so for free.
