2. Products and Availability

Kyriakos Electric sells home appliances and related products, including air conditioners, refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, dryers, ovens, hobs, hoods, dishwashers, microwaves, small appliances and TVs.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product information, specifications, photos, prices and availability accurate and up to date. However, product images are for illustration purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product, packaging, colour, accessories or finish.

Product availability may change without notice. If a product is unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer to offer an alternative product, a later delivery date or cancellation of the order with a refund where applicable.

3. Prices

All prices shown on our website are in euros (€).

Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on how the price is displayed on the product page, cart, checkout or invoice. Any applicable VAT, delivery fees, installation fees or additional charges will be shown before the order is completed, where applicable.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors, technical mistakes or incorrect product information. If an order is affected by an obvious error, we may contact the customer to confirm the correct price or cancel the order and issue a refund where payment has already been made.

4. Orders

An order placed through our website is an offer to purchase the selected products. The order is accepted only when we confirm the order and/or process it for delivery or collection.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

5. Payment

Payment methods available on our website or in store may include card payment, bank transfer, cash payment, payment on delivery, or any other method offered by Kyriakos Electric at the time of purchase.

An order may not be processed until payment is received or confirmed, unless another arrangement has been agreed with Kyriakos Electric.

For business customers, company details must be provided correctly before the invoice is issued. Customers are responsible for checking that the invoice details are accurate.

6. Delivery

Kyriakos Electric offers delivery services in Cyprus, subject to availability and delivery area.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may depend on product availability, delivery location, workload, supplier delays, weather conditions, access to the property and other factors outside our control.

The customer must ensure that:

• The delivery address is correct.
• Someone is available to receive the goods.
• Access to the property is safe and suitable.
• doorways, staircases, lifts and corridors are suitable for the product size;
• Any special delivery instructions are provided before delivery.

Additional charges may apply for special delivery requirements, difficult access, repeated delivery attempts, remote areas or services not included in the standard delivery.

7. Installation

Installation may be available for selected appliances and air conditioners, subject to product type, location, access and technician availability.

Installation is not automatically included in the product price unless clearly stated. Installation fees, where applicable, will be shown or agreed separately.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the property is suitable for installation, including electrical points, plumbing, ventilation, wall condition, access and any required permissions.

Kyriakos Electric may refuse or postpone installation if the site is unsafe, unsuitable, inaccessible or not prepared. Additional work, materials or visits may involve extra charges.

For air conditioners or other appliances requiring specialised installation, the final installation cost may depend on the site conditions.

8. Collection from Store

Where collection is available, customers will be informed when the order is ready for collection.

Customers may be asked to provide proof of purchase, order confirmation or identification before collecting goods.

9. Returns and Right of Withdrawal for Online Orders

For online or distance purchases, consumers may have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the day they receive the goods, unless an exception applies under applicable law.

To request withdrawal, the customer must contact Kyriakos Electric in writing within the withdrawal period and provide the order details.

Returned products must be in good condition, complete, with all accessories, manuals, packaging and proof of purchase. The customer may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling the product beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

The customer may be responsible for return delivery costs unless the product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible, after the returned product has been received and checked, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Products Not Suitable for Return

The right of withdrawal may not apply in certain cases allowed by law, including but not limited to:

• products made to the customer’s specifications or specially ordered;
• products that have been used, damaged or are missing parts or packaging;
• sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
• services that have already been fully performed with the customer’s prior agreement;
• Installation services have already been completed, where applicable.

This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights if a product is faulty or not as described.

11. Faulty Products and Warranty

Products sold by Kyriakos Electric are covered by the applicable legal guarantee and any manufacturer warranty provided with the product.

If a product is faulty, damaged or does not correspond to its description, the customer should contact Kyriakos Electric as soon as possible and provide proof of purchase, a description of the problem, photos or videos where useful, and the product serial number if required.

Depending on the case and applicable law, the customer may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

Warranty does not normally cover:

• damage caused by misuse, negligence or accidents;
• incorrect installation by a third party;
• unauthorised repairs or modifications;
• damage caused by power supply problems, water pressure issues or unsuitable site conditions;
• normal wear and tear;
• cosmetic damage after delivery unless reported promptly;
• missing proof of purchase.

For warranty claims, the customer must keep the receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.

12. Damaged Goods on Delivery

Customers should inspect the goods upon delivery, where possible.

If a product is visibly damaged, the customer should inform the delivery team immediately and contact Kyriakos Electric as soon as possible. Photos of the packaging and product may be required.

Claims for visible delivery damage may be difficult to verify if they are reported after the product has been unpacked, moved, installed or used.
