We offer professional installation services in Cyprus for air conditioners and home appliances.
Our certified, experienced technicians provide clean, safe, and reliable installation for residential and commercial customers.
Air Conditioner Installation
We provide air conditioner installation in Cyprus for split and inverter systems, including 9000 BTU, 12000 BTU, 18000 BTU, and 24000 BTU units.
All installations are performed in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and safety standards.
Home Appliance Installation
Our appliance installation services include washing machines, dishwashers, ovens, hobs,
extractor hoods and other household appliances.
Professional installation is recommended to ensure correct connection, safe operation, and reliable appliance performance.
To avoid issues such as water leakage, incorrect drainage, improper electrical connection, or unsafe installation, we recommend using a qualified technician for installation.
Upstairs Delivery & Installation for Heavy Items
Heavy appliances, such as washing machines, dryers, refrigerators and dishwashers, are delivered to the ground floor entrance as part of our standard delivery service.
Delivery and installation to upper floors or apartments is included in the standard fee only when the building has a working lift and easy access is available.
If there is no lift, or if the appliance must be carried upstairs by stairs, manual carrying is not included in the standard delivery or installation fee. Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm access conditions and arrange any additional carrying charges.
If upstairs delivery has not been agreed and paid in advance, our delivery team may leave the appliance at the ground floor entrance.

The Installation includes:
The installation includes: unpacking, disposal of packaging, demonstration, and explanation of basic functions.
No hidden charges. The final price is confirmed before installation.
Installation depends on each case:
- Under cabinet hoods (Standard): € 25
- Chimney & Slide-type hoods: € 35
- Island, Ceiling & Downdraft hoods: € 55
- Installation of a ceiling fan on an existing power supply: € 55
Note: Any additional work requested by the customer will be calculated and paid for locally
Televisions
- Simple Installation: € 20
- Installation on a wall mount – screen size 32”-40”: € 20
- Installation on a wall mount – screen size 43”-55”: € 30
- Installation on a wall mount – screen size over 60”-75’’: € 45
- Installation on a wall mount – screen size over 75’’: € 55
The Installation includes unpacking the appliance, disposing of the packaging, and connecting the device with existing audio and video ports (provided by the customer). Please note that tuning, connecting the television to other components such as VCRs, DVDs, video games, etc., and demonstrations are not included.

- Piping fee (if the distance between units exceeds 3 meters):

Gas filling in case the distance between the indoor and outdoor unit is greater than that recommended by the manufacturer, € 35/Kg

NOTE :
- The services of the forklift are charged to the customer
- For settlements outside municipal boundaries, a fee may apply depending on the distance.
- Any additional work requested by the customer will be calculated and paid for locally.
For other types of air conditioners, e.g., cassette or floor type, the price of the installation depends on each case.
Air Conditioner Installation Notice
For safety, correct performance, and warranty protection, air conditioner installation must be carried out only by a qualified/licensed air-conditioning technician.
Air conditioners may be purchased without our installation service only if the customer arranges installation with their own qualified/licensed air-conditioning technician.
Before placing a unit-only order, the customer must provide written confirmation that the installation will be carried out by their own qualified/licensed technician. Kyriakos Electric may request this confirmation before delivery or collection of the air conditioner.
Air conditioners must not be installed, connected, modified, or serviced by an unqualified person.
The manufacturer’s warranty applies in accordance with the official warranty terms. Issues caused by incorrect installation, unqualified installation, unlicensed installation, improper connection, or work carried out by a third party are not covered.
Kyriakos Electric is not responsible for installation-related problems when the installation is not carried out by our appointed technician.
Our installation service is primarily available for air conditioners purchased from Kyriakos Electric. Installation of air conditioners purchased elsewhere may be considered only after confirmation and depends on the unit type, condition, location, and installation requirements.
