Shipping Countries
We ship exclusively to Cyprus. If we don’t deliver to your location, please contact us to make special arrangements.
Processing & Delivery Time
We process orders within 2-5 working days. Delivery times depend on your location.
Shipping Fees
- Store Pickup: Free
- We add shipping and installation fees to your order.
Courier Companies
Choose one of the Travel Express points in all cities to pick up your order.
After you add a product to your cart and enter your postal code, the system will automatically calculate the delivery cost. We will send your order to the nearest pickup point.
Home Delivery
We deliver your order within 1-2 business days.
Once we prepare your order, you will receive a text message, phone call, or email.
For large items (e.g., refrigerators, washing machines, stoves), we deliver them to the ground floor of the address you provide.
If you need delivery to another floor, we will apply an additional fee.
We don’t assume responsibility for damage during transportation from the first to the second floor. The risk transfers to you once we deliver the goods to the first floor.
Order Tracking
Once we dispatch your order, we will send you an email with the tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order gets lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 2 days of delivery.
Delays & Force Majeure
We aren’t responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, or government actions. We reserve the right to extend the delivery period when necessary.
Delivery Cost Calculation
To check the delivery cost, add a product to your cart and enter the postal code. The system will automatically calculate the cost.
