You can collect your order for free from our Branch store.

Akis Express Delivery (Across Cyprus)

We deliver to all cities in Cyprus via Akis Express.

1. The above rates apply to products up to 10 kg

• Delivery to Akis Express store: €3 + VAT
• Home delivery by Akis Express: €5 + VAT

2. The above rates apply to products weighing (10-20kg)

• Delivery to Akis Express store (10-20kg): 7 + VAT

Note: Order will be delivered within 1–4 working days

Home Delivery (by our company) Processing & Delivery Time

We deliver your order within 2-5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location.

Shipping Fees:

After you add a product to your cart and enter your postal code, the system will automatically calculate the delivery cost

Once we prepare your order, you will receive a text message, phone call, or email.

Large items (e.g., refrigerators, washing machines, stoves) are delivered to the ground floor only unless otherwise agreed.
If delivery to another floor is required, an additional fee will apply.
For deliveries above ground floor level, the customer is responsible for ensuring safe access.
The company is not liable for any damage that may occur during carrying inside the property.

Order Tracking

Once we dispatch your order, we will send you an email with the tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order gets lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 2 days of delivery.

Delays & Force Majeure

We aren’t responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, natural disasters, or government actions. We reserve the right to extend the delivery period when necessary.

Delivery Cost Calculation

To check the delivery cost, add a product to your cart and enter the postal code. The system will automatically calculate the cost.
